The Process that we follow

1. Obtain A Quote

When the client approaches Your Programmer Online, we make sure that s/he has a comprehensive picture of what the project will entail. This includes resources, financial investment and lead times. This quotation is completely free and is there to help the client decide which option(s) is best for his / her requirements.

2. Make A Deposit

Once the project parameters have been agreed, the client is then given the final cost. We require a percentage of that amount as a deposit before we appoint a project manager to you. This is to protect both Your Programmer Online, as well as the client.

3. Discuss Your Requirements

Once the project manager is assigned to your project, you are free to discuss, in detail, your requirements for your web site etc. These requirements will be noted and used in the design and development of your website. As they are recorded, you can refer back to them when inspecting the product presented to you.

4. Review progress/Approve Your Website

You will constantly be udated of the progress during which you can suggest any changes within the scope. The final stage is to approve the website. This will only be required once you’re satisfied that your requirements and needs have been met. With the approval of the website, the client will also be required to pay the balance of the project fee before the website will be signed off and over.
